Martin Suarez at "Mass Destruction 4" March 21st in Fairbanks, Alaska ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 8 April 2008 One of my former students here in Alaska, James Bojonny, competed in the "Casca Grossa Elite Grappling Championships" in Georgia this past weekend. Bojonny competed in the Under 1yr division and took first tapping out much larger opponents. Bojonny was placed in the 170-180 division even though he is fighting at 155 lbs in 3 weeks. Bojonny tapped his first opponent by Armbar from the guard and his second opponent by Triangle choke. He couldn't get the submission on his last opponent but demolished him on points 10-2.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 31 March 2008 Results of "Mass Destruction 4" organized by Gladiator productions on March 21st in Fairbanks Alaska:
Our Champion Brett Laswell came up short against Jesse "The Saint" Kueber from Team Gladiator. The fight was a war with Brett almost sinking an armbar but could not finish him. Kueber came back with a rear naked choke submitting Brett in the second round claiming the 145 lbs title.
Instructor Martin Suarez secured himself a victory by defeating Walter Carlson of Team Gladiator in the 170 lbs weight class.
